      The ROCC acts as the initial point of escalation for multiple environments including multiple Object Stores, Backup Systems, and IAAS. The ROCC receives escalations from external teams, internal teams, and monitoring. Initial troubleshooting begins at OS and Infrastructure levels, and if possible the issue is resolved. Otherwise, the ROCC escalates to specialist teams, and then acts as the incident manager and coordinates the resolution. Each environment is highly specialized with most being Linux based, while the IAAS environment is based in VMware, each customer’s systems are highly specialized to their needs but remain managed by virtustream in most cases.
