  Coordinate the collective video operational needs for the program's coaching staff including the capture and collection of game film and the dissection of film. Includes the introduction of video-based reporting for unique analysis of game situations and combinations specific to team focuses and culture. Introduced the practice of multiple camera use for game film for more thorough detail of game film for review as well as scouting efforts. Developed a private internal video website platform for student athlete and staff use for practice review, game review and analytical reporting.Operating as the coaching and basketball analytics coordinator for data driven decision making recommendations for the coaching staff. Providing post game reporting utilizing management of gathered information and service provided data through R and other various service providers.Managing the application of new technologies and developments of existing for use within basketball operations. Including NOAH Shot Tracking implementation and advances in Sportscode and FastModel.Coordinate with the coaching staff to efficiently collect and organize informative detail on prospective student athletes to better prepare for the recruitment of said student athletes through their high school or AAU schedules, and important dates in the lives of the student athlete.
