  I wore multiple hats at Cypress Interactive. The company is a small business with a moderate team. In project management, I scoped and priced all projects, researched and approved technology as well as helped transfer knowledge gained from research to the team, set road-maps for completion, and interfaced with clients. In management, I handled outside sales, managed staff, processed billing for clients, tracked time and resources and helped with customer service / support even completing some of the tasks myself. I consulted the sister company EDsuite helping them form a business plan for the next five to ten years. I also created a business plan for Cypress.

I manage and approve all content for ETBU, train, equip, and guide our content creators, coordinate web projects across departments, archive web content and other responsibilities orbiting around etbu.edu and its content.
