Jul 2014 - Present
Development, programing, project management, product management, project scoping, project estimation, and some design.I have spent a great deal of my time working to create a viable sales funnel for the creative department. During this time I have grown my skills as a web developer, refined my abilities as a project manager and web strategist. My goal has been to help bridge the gap between participants in projects both internal and client based while helping to stay within budget and profitable.

Project Manager
-
Apr 2012 - May 2014
I wore multiple hats at Cypress Interactive. The company is a small business with a moderate team. In project management, I scoped and priced all projects, researched and approved technology as well as helped transfer knowledge gained from research to the team, set road-maps for completion, and interfaced with clients. In management, I handled outside sales, managed staff, processed billing for clients, tracked time and resources and helped with customer service / support even completing some of the tasks myself. I consulted the sister company EDsuite helping them form a business plan for the next five to ten years. I also created a business plan for Cypress.

I focused at a local level helping small businesses get online. Most of my clients have been new authors and photographers. I focused on progressive design with an emphasis on looking forward and not back. I used WordPress as a CMS. This allowed me to turn the control of the website over to my clients when the project is done. I focused at a local level helping small businesses get online.
