Aaron Sagin is responsible for working with existing and prospective investors to explain HZ investment vehicles and evaluate how our offerings fit with their investment goals. Prior to joining HZ, he worked at a real estate private equity firm, which specialized in multifamily and senior housing assets. He also worked as a real estate agent in San Francisco as a part of the city’s top producing team. Hamilton Zanze is a private San Francisco-based real estate investment company. With friends and family, high-net-worth investors, and institutional partners, we acquire, reposition, and operate apartment communities. We always seek investment opportunities where we can improve performance, generate distributable cash flow, and earn appreciation. Since our founding in 2001, Hamilton Zanze has acquired over $2.3 billion in multifamily investments across 10 states in the Western and Southwestern U.S. We invest our own capital in every acquisition, closely aligning our interests with those of our investors.
