Aanshu has been volunteering with the ReDI School of Digital Integration Munich since the Autumn Semester of 2022, teaching basic digital skills to classes of (primarily) women with forced migration and low-socioeconomic status backgrounds. For many of our students, both computers and life in Germany are new and challenging. Aanshu's patience and commitment to making her lessons engaging and digestible for all students make her an indispensable part of our volunteer team. Furthermore, she acts as a role model for our female students, who can see an immigrant like themselves successfully integrated into the IT sector in Munich. I am extremely grateful for Aanshu's continued support and would wholeheartedly recommend her for any client-facing role, especially in an international team.

Aanshu is this person who is always calm even amidst turbulence, keeps a clear head and a delight to work with as a peer. Her penchant for understanding things logically and analytically arriving at solutions have never ceased to amaze me.
