  Sept 2012 – Present: Supply Teacher / Private Tutor, St Clement DanesAt present I am delivering supply cover for all subject classes when needed. Additionally, I provide expert tuition for multiple students, aged between 5 right through to adult learners.Sept 2012 – Present: Mathematics Teacher, St Clement Danes In this role, I liaise with the school`s Management Team to pro-actively look for innovative ways to support student learning and bring both academic and pastoral improvement. Some key achievements include contributing to the development of new schemes of work etc. to ensure full implementation of the Maths Curriculum; assessing against the Learning Goals, whilst working within the National Curriculum. I also complete multiple related duties as a Teacher, including; planning and preparing appropriate lessons and suitable teaching materials; meeting/liaising with parents; participating in, and contributing to staff meetings; fulfilling the pastoral role and contributing to the wider community through various extra-curricular projects. At all times, I ensure student safeguarding is adhered to and have an excellent personal understanding of all related governance and guidance.Due to the word count I can’t detail my earlier career here, however, I do have experience as an Operations Manager for Accessories By Design and Business Developer/ Client Services, City Index and Assistant General Manager, Ritestar Plc. I am also the Area Co Coordinator for neighbourhood watch, where I have organised events and meetings.
