Responsible for the complete recruitment cycle ranging from Hiring Need/Plan, advertisement, review applications, assessment, job offer and onboarding. New employee joining, orientation, discuss HR Policies & SOPs and department visits etc. Planning and execution of performance appraisal cycle as per KPIs and annual Objectives. Responsible for coordinating audits activities (Compliance, AGP and Special) under HR and Admin domain, respond to audit paras/ recommendations as per guidelines from Head Office. Ensure adequate Development, Revision & Implementation of HR Policies and SOPs. Ensure timely and accurate process of monthly payroll, allowances, increments, final settlements and leave encashment etc. Ensure updating of monthly HR reports (Headcount, Transfers, Resignations, strength, attendance) and prepare HR analytics reports for top management. Liaison and maintains relationships with Government Departments PESSI, EOBI, Deputy Commissioner, Transport, MDA, CTP and Civil Defense. Provide advice on the discipline process, conduct disciplinary/grievance review meetings; and counsel employees and supervisors. Ensure full compliance of notices, office orders and circulars from the head office. Ensure all administrative/protocol arrangements of meetings, tours and visits of Govt.
