      FIELD ENGINEER AT HPCL O & M LOADING MASTER •Nominated loading Tanks inspection is done with surveyors in presence of me, for nil ullage or water traces. •Sea suction valves/overboard discharge valves related to cargo tanks/pipelines are sealed and seal number is noted prior to loading. •Loading arm of shore is connected to manifold of vessel as decided in pre meeting with chief officer. •Hourly density and temperature is being checked by our surveyor in presence of me and the sample is taken for further needs accordingly. •Keeping radio watch to pass and receive information from our vessels and all our agents onboard and forwarding the information to the appropriate officers. This is done every three hours interval. •Attending to all the port authorities for smooth operations •Updating my company with every available information both onboard and ashore regarding the operation that will keep them safe and bring growth and profit in business to the company. Onshore work, Gauging tanks and others operations, •Taking opening and closing reading of tanks provided in individual dykes, by ATG and manual gauge. •Draining of water from tanks if available by checking through water paste, and sealing valves of water drain. •Sealing of pipelines according to the line provided in respective tanks. TERMINAL OPERATIONS •pigging operations done for line conversion or line pushup of cargoes. •Calculation of gauging with surveyor in pit area and cross checking with vessel. Gantry, Rake Loading and MCO work. •To supervise the tanks truck loading in gantry. •Taking dip of tanks wagon, according to given indent, inspecting cup temperature and density. •Observation of instruments, gauges, and meters to verify conformance to specified quality & quantity of product. •Inspection of equipment’s& listens for automated warning signals to determine location & nature of malfunction, such as leaks/breaks. Maintaining register for master keys provided to lock or unlock different tanker truck’s.
