      The creative process is based on customer/product needs. Regarding the UX/UI process, I first collect the UX/UI Research (Project Brief, User Persona, Site Map scheme, and User Flows Diagram) from the UX team and start creating Wireframes for all the screens on the platform (mobile and web).
