  Planning, execution and managing resources, people and scope of a project to install a complete Aluminum Casthouse at a green-field site.Work with a team of engineers to design new products, modify existing products and develop new processes to improve overall cast house efficiency and maximize end-user safety.Design and draft engineering drawings of cast house layouts using AutoCAD to ensure smooth material movement and optimize space utilization within the cast house.Conduct research and analyze the utility requirements and efficiency of various mechanical equipment in different weather conditions.Supervise the installation and initial start-up of heavy machinery at customer’s facility.Investigate product non-conformances and suggest corrective and preventive measures to appropriate entities.Assist the Sales department in assessing project feasibility and providing technical information to the customer.
