As one of the three Alumni Meet Heads, I took charge of overseeing and managing the entire planning and execution process for the recent event. This involved a range of responsibilities to ensure a successful and memorable gathering of alumni. To begin with, I conducted thorough research and outreach to identify and invite potential alumni attendees. This included leveraging various resources such as social media platforms, alumni directories, and personal connections to create a comprehensive guest list.Additionally, I collaborated closely with the alumni association to align our goals and objectives for the event. Together, we worked on developing strategies to enhance alumni engagement and foster a strong sense of community. This involved regular communication, brainstorming sessions, and feedback gathering to ensure the event met the expectations of both the alumni association and the attendees. To ensure a seamless and well-coordinated event, I managed the logistics, including coordinating with vendors, organizing transportation, and overseeing event setup and teardown. • President
      • Feb 2022 - Present

The Mental Health Awareness Club of H.R. College is the only college club in Mumbai that has taken this initiative. Along with spreading awareness, we also provide free counseling sessions to the students of HR College. In starting as a president, I had been really tough to manage my team as students would rather prefer college fests over the boring “Mental Health Topic” but eventually we got people who were serious regarding this and we gave our best. It was not easy at first but once we started working on it, it was like a snowball effect. Now that I am the president of the Mental Health Awareness Club of HR College, I believe that my efforts will help in making the world a better place by making people aware of their mental health issues. • Farewell Head
      • Feb 2022 - Apr 2022

It was a phenomenal event that made me push my limits and bought growth to my personality altogether. It was a huge undertaking on my part, but I knew we could do it. I had to organize and handle an event for 800+ people within a span of 1 month and on a very tight budget. I was leading a team of 100+ people on a daily basis and had 60 people working under me on the event day. We had segregated all the volunteers into 5 departments which were further distributed among the other 2 farewell heads, I had logistics, treasury, and creatives under me during the preparation time of the event. Overall the experience was very overwhelming for me initially but as mentioned in my profile, I adapt quickly to the environments and get the work done in the most effcient way. Show less
