  Teaching a class of up to 20 adult students who have limited to no English, to develop their language skills and learn phrases that will help them in their day to day lives.   Working at Clarks meant understanding design, quality and how to develop the flexibility to cater and maximise sales with every customer. Targets were a big part of the day to day life, aiming to make £1500 in 4 hours from shoe sales. We were also regularly measured on our level of customer service, and I had the highest quality sales as well as the highest level of engagement and feedback from customers who went on line and left a review. A lot was learnt in this role about health, and how design and structure can be a big part of that, creating experience and developing the customer bond with the brand. Show less
