Worked with the Assortment Discipline team of the world's largest retailer enabling them to take data driven decisions based on customer purchase patterns and various other derived metrics 1. Create Customer Decisions trees for the General Merchandise categories using the derived metrics like product association, substitution etc. which helps the stakeholders to take better assortment decisions. Different clustering techniques were used to build the customer decision tree. 2. Build a tool in R Shiny tool which enables the users to create customer decisions tree. 3. Help the stakeholders in building a methodology to understand the demand transference when one of the items is removed from the assortment which identifies the next best alternative for a product. Extensively worked in Hive for the analysis and result generation. 4. Analyse the effect of demographics on the sales of products divided into substitute groups across categories 5. Extensively worked on building several tools in R Shiny Worked on planning the online assortment for one of the largest retailers for their China market 1. Create metrics like Substitutability, Loyalty, Association etc. to identity customer purchase pattern to enable the end users to take ADD, KEEP, DELETE decisions on items 2.
