  Whilst participating in multiple Continuous Improvement Projects (Lean Six Sigma manufacturing), I was an integral part in assessing the quality standards of products and analysing data results for process variability understanding and measuring quality performance. Handled and investigated customer complaints using different methods: root cause analysis and preventative action (CAPA), 8-D analysis report , The 5Whys, Fishbone Diagram etc whilst communicating the status and priority through tier review process. Utilised multiple systems to analyse complex data sets to find trends and relationships to come to an ultimate conclusion: Excel, Minitab, Microsoft Power BI and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) such as SAP and an internally developed 3M software which enabled us engineers to investigate, monitor, troubleshoot and optimize manufacturing processes. I wrote test and inspection method documents which was utilised by the quality team and other areas on a daily bases. Also developed process capability reports to assess manufacturing process's ability to produce parts conforming to the required specifications

  Responsible for on-site quality and control assurance testing of materials for use in new and existing construction projects whilst relaying results back to clients. Working to British and EN standards to give accurate reports on their compliance.
