I worked with Suchitra Achary in March 2008 on a ECHO visibility project in Orissa and Assam. Her understanding of the needs for communicating emergencies in a European context was one of the keys for the success of the project. Also, her interaction with the beneficiares, local staff as well as the donors made it possible to give a She had all details in the programme as well as the overall focus top-of-mind and were able to solve problems and details in the implementation right on the spot. As a colleague she was brilliantly engaged in making everything she was engaged in a success I can only recommend her, pracitically, socially and above all, professionally.
