I have had the wonderful opportunity to work for and with Scot in several capacities over the past 20 years. Not only do I appreciate his wonderful gifts and talents, but it is his character and integrity that fuel his success. Scot has that unique ability to draw people to him when he walks into a room. He immediately makes people feel comfortable and gains trust. Regardless of age, gender, or any other demographic Scot brings people together. He leads with respect, kindness, and honor. Scot is comfortable working vertically and/or horizontally within an organization to ensure success of a project/initiative. With Scot leading a team or a project, I KNOW it will be successful. He takes his responsibilities seriously and that "can-do" attitude is contagious and becomes part of the DNA of all of his teams. Although I have seen some great leaders in my career, Scot is the very best. ANY organization will be fortunate to have Scot Aspromonte on their team.
