I. FA service: ❶I provide financial advisory services to various clients, including both buy-side and sell-side advisory projects. ❷ During sell side FA work, I lead team to do market and company research, identify potential investors, prepare teasers, information memorandum, do valuation, vendor due diligence, contacting investors, negotiation support etc. My clients include game company, drug companies, medical device companies, TMT companies (e-commerce, online cosmetics co. etc.), electronics companies, several auto parts companies, etc. ❸ During buy side FA work, I lead team to do market study, identify and communicating with potential targets, doing FDD / TDD/valuation, support on LDD and CDD, negotiation support and SPA document review, deal closure and support on post-merger integration, etc. II.
