I'm currently an associate at the firm and specialize in M&A, general corporate, banking, & finance law. My experience includes assisting clients on an all-around merger & acquisition process in many business sectors e.g., oil & gas, banking, hotel, blasting services, financial institutions, manufacturing, renewable energy, plantation, telecommunication, etc. I also assist clients in cross-border and domestic financial transactions as well as general corporate matters. Below are some examples of my experience:- assisting PT Yamaha Motor Parts Manufacturing Indonesia as surviving company and PT Toyo Besq Precision Parts Indonesia as a merging company in a merger transaction to consolidate Yamaha presence in Indonesia; - assisting a global cross-border payments provider with setting up an entity in Indonesia, which included advising on the regulatory and licensing regimes for online payment platforms;- assisting PT LDC Trading Indonesia as surviving company and PT LDC Coffee Indonesia as a merging company in a merger transaction;- representing one of the biggest Indonesian State-Owned Bank in an IDR3 trillion financing facility to a local telecommunication company; - representing a minority & majority shareholder, respectively, in selling its direct and indirect ownership in an Indonesian commercial bank as well as the issuance of new shares of an Indonesian commercial bank;- acting as Indonesian counsel, with a Korean law firm as international counsel, to advise on a share swap and acquisition transaction in a local plantation company; and- Advising an international renewable energy firm in the potential investment in an Indonesian company engaging in the solar power business.
