  In collaboration with the OFA’s Board of Directors and the Ministry of Government and Consumer Services’ implementation team, successfully led the transition of the provincial film classification and regulatory program (the Ontario Film Review Board) to the OFA, a start-up regulatory body. This included overseeing the recruitment of professionals to administer the OFA’s mandate and conduct the operational knowledge transfer from the Ministry’s former staff and presenting key outcomes to the Board.Note: Due to significant changes in the film industry, including the increased use of digital platforms and streaming services and a desire to modernize the film classification legislation, the Ontario government made the decision to wind-down and dissolve the OFA.
