I've been blessed to develop a relationship with Andrew both as a colleague and a cherished friend. Andrew and I worked together as co-managers of Blue Grill for multiple years at the start of our professional careers. I could write an essay about his positive leadership qualities. Among his myriad of exceptional traits, those that stand out are his work ethic and his level of genuine empathy. At Blue Grill, Andrew was always the first person in the restaurant in the morning and often the last one to leave. As a full-time student, he frequently worked 50+ hours a week managing and cooking for the business. Though, like many young adults, Andrew and I have progressed from our roles in the restaurant industry, I have witnessed Andrew carry his work ethic throughout his career.
