I worked forDeAmicitia as a summer camp leader:-I was the leader of two camps: I was responsible for the wellbeing of the volunteers, designed the work, preapared the excursions, mediated between the local government and DeAmicitia, prepared the budget for the meals and led the team.-I attended a leadership, communication and conflict resolution course, which then I helped to organise and deliver on the following year.
