Working As a Maintenance Supervisor in Pure Ice Cream Co. LLC, located at Sharjah UAE. We manufacture ice cream and supply from sharjah to complit uae and Scope of Work Maintains Refrigeration systems ,walk in freezer ,walk in chillers ,prossecs chiller at -30 C for ( catta27 candy & kulfi ) ice cream extuder line ( Techno ice ) with screw compressor refrigeration , continus freezers ( gelmark , ice group ,catta27 ,techno ice) ,chiled water prosses chiller( IBT) and equipment by completing preventive maintenance schedules; restoring, repairing, rebuilding, or replacing faulty or inoperative components and parts; supervising staff.
