  Adjustment operator for stage 2 of the Digital Cadastral Modernisation Project undertaken by DELWP.In this role, the majority of my duties are undertaking adjustments using customised software utilising Dynadjust to perform network adjustments. I have also been involved in providing training to the team, problem solving for new workflows and solutions, and streamlining our software layout and layer themes.Along with my contributions to the project I have also partaken in Social Visions Agile and Social working groups, which have allowed me to refine and develop my skills in leading collaborative meetings and planning and communicating for events.
