Leanne Scott, MPNL (she/her)

I had the privilege of having Kyle as my manager for nearly a year at JDRF. We worked closely together on building and implementing an annual giving strategy for the organization. As a manager, Kyle is supportive, fair, knowledgeable, and empowering. I was grateful for the opportunity to learn a great deal from Kyle, given his incredible experience in the non-profit sector. I was also grateful for the way Kyle acknowledged and respected my own expertise, and empowered me to take charge of the annual giving strategy. When working with Kyle, it is obvious that he cares a great deal about his team and their successes both professional and personal. I very much enjoyed working with him, and know he is a fantastic manager and a great asset to any organization.

Danielle S. Russell, CAE

I was lucky to have Kyle recommended to me by a shared contact, who had previously managed and then worked alongside him in a previous role. When I hired him to build a Fundraising plan and assemble the infrastructure to support the ACLO’s Fundraising goals. I needed someone to bring expertise and a fresh perspective to the challenge, and to work collaboratively with me to create innovative solutions that respected the deep history and culture of the organization. What I didn’t even know I needed, but also found in Kyle was a supportive and thoughtful member of my senior management team, who became a trusted friend and advisor. Kyle brings value, strong and informed perspectives, and an affable personality to every challenge. He has a keen eye for detail, and is motivated to continuously improve and grow. If the chance ever presented itself, I would happily work with him again, and would just as easily report to him as have him report to me.
