I founded this company in December of 1999 to develop a safe and reliable place to work for local HVAC technicians and to provide the highest quality service to the Lafayette community. Over 20 years and 42 employees later and I can proudly say that we have stayed true to those central values. My role at the company has evolved dramatically over the years. For the first 15 years of our operation, I served many roles including parts ordering, scheduling, hiring, job site management, and running service calls. As we have grown, we have been able to hire many talented people that have given me the opportunity to take a step back and set the vision for the company. This has insured that no matter how many people work at J.L. Anderson, we will always stay true to our core values.
