I have worked for tui working in destinations like France in Alpe D'huez, Greece in Halkidki, Lanzarote, Tenerife and also Turkey in Antalya Side. My job role was to look after hotel guest making sure their holiday is too high standards, this includes selling them excursions to see the country they are in, dealing with complaints and helping them with a resolution to make sure they are happy. While running the destination I would help out my staff members with any requests they needed handling cash from sales of excursions, I would look after a team of up to 20+ Of all age groups. I would also organise team building activities, and training.

I worked at the Manor House as a conference and events manager, my duties were to look after all meetings and events getting them set up the way the customer wanted to organising events that went on in the hotel, when the hotel was quite I would help run the restaurant and bar, this would also include doing timetables, staff pay, holidays I also worked on the bar during weddings and big events.
