The principal activity of Merabi & Sons Global Enterprise Organization is to invest and develop properties, manage its own buildings ranging from first class commercial office building, residential, shopping centers and malls, provide excellent services to its tenants. Once the Merabi & Sons, LLC development team completes a development project, The Merabi & Sons Inc. property management team steps in and assumes the ongoing responsibilities for its operations. We currently provide property management services to virtually all of our residential, mixed-use, retail and commercial properties. In our residential division as a leader in the real estate industry throughout many business cycles, MAS has significant experience in reviewing and evaluating real estate investments, turning around projects, effectively negotiating buyouts of liens, and repositioning, remarketing and redesigning residential units to maximize revenue Overview of my position and the primary responsibility is : I provide overall leadership for the respective Department at our company, I delegate authority to my four Senior Vice Presidents and ensure that quality, cost effective, GREAT SERVICE AND AMINITES are provided to all of our tenants. To exercise independent judgment, I was in charge determining the company’s strategic objectives and policies; monitoring progress towards achieving the objectives and policies; appointing senior management; accounting for the company’s activities to relevant parties, e.g. shareholders. , diligent, careful and well informed about the company's affairs Following in my father's footsteps has been a unique chance for me to grow and flourish. I have never ceased to take full advantage of this opportunity afforded to me. I am thankful each and every day. There are still many things to be accomplished by Merabi & Sons. The room for growth has no ceiling. I hope to fill my father's shoes. Then I hope to build new shoes for those who follow me to fill.
