I had an amazing experience working with Kim on a large-scale technology project impacting over 14,000 end users. She has always been a go-getter, eager to take on new tasks, and is passionate in what she does. Kim managed a significant portion of our training program, which included responsibilities such as building technical training materials, managing stakeholders, scheduling training sessions, analyzing training data, and coming forth with recommendations to further improve the training program to ensure a seamless change management operation. The system launched with success and all users were able to log in on day 1 without any large issues. Our project would not have produced the same results if it were not for her contributions.

Kim has worked for me in multiple capacities over 4 years. Kim first joined my training team at a utility client where she was responsible for creating, developing, and managing training workstreams. She had to meet with multiple stakeholders in different areas of the business to ensure she was accurately documenting the new process changes. Kim has grown to be a very skilled Change Management resource. In a later project, where I was the delivery lead, she led the Change Management effort for the migration of SharePoint to the cloud for a client. This was a very challenging environment with multiple past failed attempts. Kim came into the role with a positive attitude, developing a strategy that supported users, while gaining momentum and ensuring buy-in, which led to successful migration and adoption. Kim is thoughtful, detailed oriented, and a driver. Kim always delivers and is extremely dependable. She is a great person to have on a team and her overall attitude is much appreciated. Kim was widely respected by leadership, peers and clients. I would happily work with Kim again in the future - and hope to one day!
