The main objective was to bring the process to continuous integration (or as close to possible) by transforming methodologies, introducing tools (like git, new dashboard design in jira), shorting sprints and automatizing deploys, etc., introducing manual and automatic testing and pushing up to introduce TDD methodologies, among others.
