Patricia truly is wonderful in many ways. It was my pleasure to have been both Patricia's teammate and her direct supervisor. She has a knack for learning things quickly. It is rare to see someone who can relate strong science / technical understanding with the ability to communicate to audiences with varying levels of prior knowledge. I have witnessed her manage her workload with organized grace. She has the capacity to pick up the slack and take on more responsibilities, often without being directed to do so. As her manager, I often learned from Patricia as much as I taught her. I believe that is because she has a generosity with knowledge, and recognizes areas of improvement. Her honesty was always so refreshing and truly appreciated. Patricia's extensive experience in the customer service realm has crafted an amazing ability to connect with people leaving them with the feeling that she is friendly, smart, and ready to work with them. I am very happy to have Patricia as a coworker, and would not hesitate to recommend her (or poach her myself) for any position that she desires.
