Marianne is a self-starter, who displays an integrity and professionalism which is rare for someone so young. She is a good listener and has a can-do attitude towards her work. She dealt with the end to end recruitment needs of a particularly challenging portfolio of clients and very soon won the respect of the hiring managers as well as the candidates she dealt with. Marianne also acted as a project lead to head up an integral project to develop an Alumni website for the organisation and did an exemplary job. She works well with other team members, is dependable and is very outcomes focussed. Marianne is an intelligent and hardworking individual who approaches her tasks with balance and a healthy sense of humour and I will watch with keen interest as to where her future career takes her.
