Phases included screening 2023 abstracts and 599 full-text article review for inclusion criteria, developing a priori codebook, coding of included articles, and synthesizing findings. • Interviewed 20 San Francisco, Stockton, and Hemet Unified School District teachers, administrators, and staff to learn how the district makes decisions, the ways in which students give their input, and the use of research evidence. • Coded 20 interview transcripts using Dedoose, and conducted qualitative content analysis of data. • Lead monthly youth voice workshops with middle and high school students in San Francisco and Brentwood Unified School Districts to identify relevant issues, collect data, propose solutions, and disseminate to school administrators. • Facilitated a YPAR Summer Equity Leadership Institute to foster student agency and improve equity policies in the school district. • Prepared manuscript and dissemination of research findings.
