I was lucky to be accepted for the Cert I in Business Traineeship with Access Community Group. Karen accepted my application and for that I am truly grateful. Karen has always maintained contact with regular emails and visits to the workplace and on training days throughout my traineeship, making sure I’m going ok and everything is working out and first and foremost that I am comfortable and happy with how my traineeship is progressing. I count myself extremely fortunate to have been accepted and for Karen’s helpful insight and guidance which has lead to full time work at my host employer.
