Christian is wonderful to work with and has exceptional expertise in leadership, coaching, continuous improvement, and project management. He is an excellent operations and continuous improvement leader. Christian has led many Lean Six Sigma business development, efficiency improvement, downtime reduction and quality improvement projects to accelerate change and drive operational improvement. He facilitated kaizen events and always influenced others into using lean tools. Christian is not only a reliable and forward-thinking project manager but also an inspiring team player. He has proven ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced work environment and meet critical deadlines. In addition to his own projects, he also helped other CI leaders to resolve the issues and achieve the project deadline. Christian has also mentored several Six Sigma green belt trainees and helped them in acquiring their certifications. Christian possesses an extensive knowledge of operation processes and has also collaborated with process owners in developing and maintaining formal process documentation including procedures and business process flow. As an Operations and Continuous Improvement leader, Christians expertise and dedication to lean implementation has been exceptional. Christian’s knowledge of the processes has been instrumental in the continuous improvement of all metrics for both Commercial and NPD products. He has been an integral part of the smooth transition of several products from the NPD phases to the Commercial launch. In addition to his work with product launches and continuous improvements, Christian has also taken the time to mentor several green belt trainees, aiding them in acquiring their Green Belt certification. Overall, Christian is an excellent Operations and Continuous Improvement leader both on and off the production floor. I had the opportunity to manage Christian directly. Christian has the rare ability to be able to lead teams on a level where he always kept it personal and really connected with each of his employees. He was able to always be counted on to have full control over what was a very large 24/7 operation for me spanning close to 400 personnel. He was often times my "go-to" person for most anything, I could without question trust him with that. Christian also possesses the ability to learn processes deeply which is invaluable in both building credibility in teams and being able to pivot strategies to overcome.
