This role required effective coordination of all technical office activities involved in the design, planning and procurement of materials for the formwork/scaffolding of the Mall of Egypt Project valued at USD 357,600,000. Work scope included team management of 3 In-House Engineers and 3 Subcontract Engineers and the successful coordination between the project technical office, site team and subcontractors.
