I worked closely with Yana developing some bespoke software for her department to score and collate another Teams performance. Yana had a clear vision of what she wanted to achieve and how best to implement in the software. It made my job a lot easier as even though Yana had no idea of software development she quickly understood the limitations and intelligently designed the processes involved. Yana was a pleasure to work with and can easily turn her hand to different software's and processes and where needed design and implement her own.
