My main responsibility as a global system engineer is to program the system for the whole processing plant depending on the customer's requirement through PLC Programming. The processing plant included can be ranging from Dry Fractionation Plant, Physical Refining Plant, Shortening Plant and many more. My other responsibilities includes; - Analyzing schematic and wiring diagram of project specifications. - Designing HMI / SCADA display of processing plant - Performing Internal acceptance test (IAT) and Factory acceptance test (FAT) on control panel before proceeding to packaging and delivery. - FAT on completed program with customer to ensure it meets with requirements. - Servicing, maintaining and upgrading current existing systems overseas through online or on-site support. - Commissioning of control panel overseas to install the system that meets the operational requirements of customers.
