As a platform-level thinker, I partner closely with Curriculum, Art and DEV to create engaging cross-platform learning experiences for K-8 students, starting from early Design & Definition to product release, and post-release iteration. - Lead Design teams towards delivery of over 3 key value streams for the organization including Middle School coverage, Student Assessment, and a ground-up Early Reading platform. - As IC, drove Design from inception to release of 10 new game sets as well as various student engagement features. - From analyzed play data, identified areas of improvement on key lessons in live environment. Iterating on targeted improvements resulted in a 10-30% increase in pass rates and a 20% drop in abandonment across several domains. - Constant advocate for platform-level improvements leading to increased accessibility and usability for all age groups. - Collaborated with DEV partners to update processes and pipeline improvements which led to a 30% increase in time-to-market for new lesson content.
