Jason was always a blast to work with. He is witty, creative, and a problem solver. I worked with him on a leading mobile F2P casual game where he created marketing campaign packages that include game icons, app screens, and videos. Jason's designs are best in class and he doesn't settle for less. He's great at delivering assets on time even last minute requests from multiple game teams. I most definitely recommend Jason because he is a valuable addition to any company. I hope to work with him in the future!

Jason was an excellent person to work with. He was a business focused, goal oriented artist that focused on efficiency, execution, and fun. His strength was his ability to communicate, work with feedback, and identify procedures and approaches that would best serve the project. Jason also had the rare gem among artists of having a strong technical understanding of software and tools and was a fast learner when the need arose. If you get the opportunity to hire him, don’t hesitate.

As a platform-level thinker, I partner closely with Curriculum, Art and DEV to create engaging cross-platform learning experiences for K-8 students, starting from early Design & Definition to product release, and post-release iteration. - Lead Design teams towards delivery of over 3 key value streams for the organization including Middle School coverage, Student Assessment, and a ground-up Early Reading platform. - As IC, drove Design from inception to release of 10 new game sets as well as various student engagement features. - From analyzed play data, identified areas of improvement on key lessons in live environment. Iterating on targeted improvements resulted in a 10-30% increase in pass rates and a 20% drop in abandonment across several domains. - Constant advocate for platform-level improvements leading to increased accessibility and usability for all age groups. - Collaborated with DEV partners to update processes and pipeline improvements which led to a 30% increase in time-to-market for new lesson content.
