      The programme particularly targets disadvantaged children and young people by removing the barriers that would prevent them from participating. I devised the PR strategy, in conjunction with the Artistic Director and GSMD Marketing Team, to promote Guildhall Young Artists-Islington and supported the Artistic Director in all areas of recruitment, induction, appraisal and training of staff to ensure delivery of the programme’s educational objectives.
