Main work areas include but not limited to, London & Scotland.• Identifying risks related to cost, time, quality, safety and environmental requirements• Reviewing contracts (JCT & NEC)• Submission of monthly valuations to the client in accordance with valuation dates• Maintain and develop client relationships along with subcontractors and suppliers• Placing sub-contract orders, reviewing subcontractor valuations and raising payments• Valuing all variations and submitting to client. • Agreeing changes with sub contractors• Obtaining quotations for materials through a wide range of suppliers• Submitting monthly Cost Value Reconciliation Reports• Producing cash flow forecasts• Agreeing final accounts with client and subcontractors
