I worked with Hally for about 3 years while he was a Photop Tech. We were entering a new product area and needed a technical solution which was eventually met by Photop through Hally's effort. Hally was very sensitive and keen to the need of his customers and how his company can provide the proper solutions. He was also sensitive to how to expand his solutions to adjacent markets.
