I had the pleasure of working with Theron for over 2 years. He is reliable, insightful and truly cares about the work he is involved in. As a customer support rep he often mentioned his sincere concern for the customers who were looking for help. Never one to back away from a challenge whether it's a difficult troubleshooting task, learning a new skill or helping with a project not strictly in his job description. There was one specific project that I feel best illustrates his work ethic. Theron, myself and a few other colleagues were sent to train and support newly hired customer service reps. Out of all of us who were supposed to be walking the floor and available for the new reps, he was the ONLY one who was never at his computer chatting on slack, checking reddit or finding other online distractions. Instead he was constantly fielding questions from our new reps. This work ethic was impressive when you consider we were working 10+ hour days and Theron was constantly on his feet and constantly juggling multiple support requests. If you are seeking someone who cares about your customers, employees and seeks to always add value to his team I cannot recommend Theron more highly.

The work he did, during training/onboarding new employees in Costa Rica, was truly invaluable.
