Coach Mo, is absolutely one of the best coach, teacher, trainer and mentor my daughter has ever had. Coach Mo is simply the best. She has a way of breaking things down to any individual in terms they understand. If you're a beginner, she has a way of showing you how to do things so that you're not intimidated and in terms that you understand. If you need a swing, approach, serve or whatever broken down to the simplest steps, she does it. She does not coach all the girls/boys the same, because she knows they are not the same and different girls/boys respond/learn from different types of coaching. I have seen her learn each girls personality and coach that girl accordingly, within a practice or two, now that is respect for each individual. She does not For those that need a cheerleader type coach, she is that. For those that need the encouraging type of coach, she is that. For those that need the in your face coach, she is that. For those that need the remind me type of coach, she is that. For those that need the show me type of coach, she is that. She is, all that. She is ALWAYS encouraging, engaging and respectful. She has a way of making each girl want to give 110% for themselves, her and the team. I can honestly say, my daughter would not be where she is today, playing college volleyball on a scholarship, without Coach Mo’s coaching, training and mentorship.

Trainer/Coach of the 11 and under age group. Building strong enough tissue/muscles around the vital/most used joints, that obtain to volleyball. Training, learning fundament movements along with the proper audibles to use during the course of the sport. Although there is a small vocal barrier between the athletes and I, they tend to learn best from examples, so I am very active and hands on with them. Trainer/Coach of the 11 and under age group.
