After engulfing myself in improving our RMM offering, I found myself trying to improve much more within the business. It started with RMM, which turned into a one-man help desk that soon required process improvement and additional team members. With this progression brought on additional responsibilities and my new title. We're now a 7 man Support Desk team supporting 125 clients' server, infrastructure, and end users. We support thousands of mixed-technology devices, environments, and hundreds of IT staff partners.Throughout my tenure as Manager of Support Services, I've been an integral part of various business process improvements at Peters. I've helped craft and implement formal support contract processes, a replacement business intelligence and communication system (ConnectWise), support and communications (internal and external) processes, and many other processes across the business.I interact on a daily basis with my support desk team, our entire client base, our entire internal staff, with one goal in mind - satisfaction. Our response is number one. In my position, I've become a liaison between many parties and a glue that keeps relationships strong and visible. I'm hands on, but hands off.

Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) Lead

After working in the field as an engineer with Peters for about a year and a half, feedback from others propelled me into an additional role - to improve and progress our RMM managed service offering. Over the past few years, we've increased our RMM client base 3 fold, built a platform that is second to none, and continue to improve our product on a daily basis. We focus mainly on server and infrastructure monitoring, using our large client base and interaction with many great people to refine our monitoring, alerting, and reporting capabilities. If it has an IP address, we can monitor it in some form or fashion.We've also branded our RMM offering and bundle it with other support and services. I work on a consistent basis to provide value to all of my clients - both internal and external, and RMM helps facilitate that. Our RMM tool allows us to provide an automated value-add, based on years of experience and management of thousands of servers and devices. With this experience, we can rapidly provide improved monitoring and alerting capabilities to all of our monitored clients.My team of experienced and dedicated professionals provide a personal interaction with every client, making sure that they understand the information that RMM provides, offering information, feedback, and their expert assistance on a daily basis.
