I had the distinct pleasure to work with Sandra on a variety of projects, most notably Sandra led the charge in finding a new LMS to train customers on our platform. I recall being impressed by her methodological approach to organize many competing priorities and facilitate cross-company discussion. She is a thoughtful communicator and structured in her approach. She leads with passion in her work and provides an energy that is truly contagious. I'd be thrilled to work with Sandra again and would highly recommend her for her future endeavours.

Sandra was my manager for my first 9 months or so at AlayaCare and she was an absolute pleasure to work with. She made me feel trusted and valued by providing me with a lot of autonomy over my role.
