Organize training sessions and provide training documentation to FRXP's global distributor network. - Work directly with global customers to obtain voice of the customer and inject into product development projects. Key technical interface for universities and third-party laboratories. Set up, negotiated, and managed joint development activities. Represent FRXP in special interest groups, present papers at conferences, and attend trade shows. - Lead global research and applications department. Set and manage R&D budget. Support (external) scale up efforts for polymer and monomers. Translate process improvements from lab scale to commercial scale. Transfer (new) analytical methods from lab to plant. Instrumental in obtaining ISO9001-2015 certification for FRXP. - Sourcing and raw materials sales. Identify buyer(s), set long term contract, and manage sales for by-product phenol. Set specifications for raw materials and products. Develop and qualify raw material suppliers. Visit suppliers to assess their capabilities. - Intellectual Property Management. Set and manage the IP budget. Manage and expand existing patent estate. - Global Product Stewardship. Set and manage the product registration budget. Ensure global product registration and a data base of multilingual safety data sheets for monomers and polymers.
