I worked with Matthew since 2008. At the time, Matthew was jumping in, taking a lot of project responsibility for an ERP system which was struggling then. Matthew quickly was able to get the project back on track, as he could add a lot of knowledge about the business processes. Later, I asked Matthew to head up our services Project Management. Here he established the processes and worked intimately with customers to create a services offering, which today is truly unique. Once he had established the project management team, he was taking charge of the customer service function and later the project management office (PMO). In the PMO he had global responsibility for training, facilitating, monitoring and advising on corporate projects. Matthew made an excellent job in disciplining the organization and introducing new best in class project management systems, tools and processes, which significantly improved the company change management project competencies.
