Eglantine was a foundational part of the marketing team at JoVE. I mean foundational in two respects: First, she was one of the original members of the team, thoughtfully setting up much of the infrastructure and creating workflows that set the marketing team up for our accomplishments to come. Second, without her broad skillset and steadfast presence, the whole construct seemed to wobble and threatened to come down. She was at the very core of our success while I was at JoVE. In a very stressful and fast-paced environment, Eglantine was calm, capable and reliable. She's the sort of colleague where if I asked her to manage a project, big or small, she would get it done well and on time, allowing me to focus my attention 100% elsewhere.
