I really enjoyed working with Kenny! As the Chair of the IT Committee at a university-based museum I saw the breadth of his skills and experience in action. He brought a needed business perspective from his previous educational work to our team, he realized that a functioning "front of house" (e.g. public-facing exhibit tech) was critical and supporting staff at all levels, to get their work done, was equally important.

As Kenny’s current supervisor, he provides business critical support to our infrastructure supporting approximately 16,000 graduate students and 250 faculty and staff. As the Systems Administrator for the School of Graduate Studies, Kenny actively monitors and maintains over 30 virtualized servers (including Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory, file shares, SharePoint, web servers, backups, etc.) and the physical infrastructure on which they run including 3 separate network segments in geographically dispersed areas. His passion for research and user-centered approach to problem solving allows him to seek new technologies which specifically address a user’s needs making him an invaluable member of the team.
