  I am the 15th pastor to serve First Presbyterian Church since 1828 and the first woman called to this position. We are rooted and reaching! We treasure our history as Lincoln's church and our commitments to community service and glorious music. We are also excited about reaching out to build relationships of love and justice with neighbors. This is God's house and all God's people are welcome!

  I am blessed to accompany a faithfully growing community and bear witness to the amazing things G-d is doing in our lives. New gifts are bearing fruit in service to neighborhood kids/families. Kids from our communities have a safe fun place after school each day and all day in the summer and days off of school. We host 10 Alcoholics Anonymous and Narcotics Anonymous meetings each week. Neighbors find this congregation open and encouraging in worship and community celebrations for Martin Luther King Day, Earth Day and our Nativity Walk. Nearly 20% of our members and friends donated time and labor to redesign our sanctuary to make it accessible to all and create flexible space for all these new gifts. Thanks be!
